Xpost with celaph's vote. I was trying to untie it.
He was probably just trying to avoid a tie like I was and celaph presumably was. Not particularly AI.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 4:24 pmi want to give fisch townpoints but his first eod vote sucked
with knowledge that celaph was town (and me too) - i don't feel good with the idea that no scum were on bongo
I think you are right. Assuming you are town, knowing I am town and calling Kak town (my belief) the team would have to be precisely {heart, Chaqa, rdr}, pretty unlikely.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 4:37 pmwith knowledge that celaph was town (and me too) - i don't feel good with the idea that no scum were on bongo
I've highlighted an especially egregious sentence from Damo that just shows Damo is arguing in bad faith and has no idea why I suspect Bozo or why I would vote him over a town read of mine in celaph.damo666 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 3:58 pmHad a look at first 2 days' votes with the following observations:
Bozo and Bona are double townkillers.
Bozo's D1 move from Chaqa to Bunny making it 3-3 from 4-2 is noteworthy but Chaqa's late move to Bozo D2 confuses.
Lot of votes putting Bozo in danger D2 so on the face of it if he is scum his partners lie in {Bona, bo, heart, worcej}. However as Bozo is 2s on to be town I think going this route is too risky.
I still favour a Chaqa flip.
Ofc night events may alter this.
Let's see.

Damo is solid town to me, can't see scum tying a vote to save town Bunny.
I dislike Celaph EOD. Parking on Bunny and saying Chaqa is a better vote.
I also dislike heart vote. Can easily see him as scum with Chaqa if he has some previous experience on Mafia games elsewhere.
Starting with me: Bunny and Chaqa were my two favorite wagons come EoD. I preferred Chaqa because, as I had mentioned earlier, I had okay reasons to justify a town Bunny slot (I thought the way he was generating info was pro-town). That's why I voted for Chaqa with about 30 minutes left. I only switched to voting Bunny with less than a minute left and tied 3 to 3. Of course, I still preferred Chaqa to die. I only switched my vote to avoid a tie. You can absolutely criticize me for not pushing Chaqa more, but you didn't. This feels scummy.
Regarding Damo: Damo either saw my vote or he didn't. If he didn't see my vote then he wasn't trying to tie the vote, he was trying to break a tie. That is a perfectly reasonable thing to do as both town and mafia. And if he did see my vote, then he was trying to tie the vote and he sure is hell isn't town. I think it's quite likely that Damo didn't see my vote, but either way, this line of arguing is rather weak. That said, I will agree that Damo is unlikely scum with Chaqa.
I agree with your assessment that Heart's vote might make sense from an experienced scum player, but my understanding is that Heart isn't particularly experienced. So I don't have a particular problem with this vote.
celaph wrote: ↑Sun Dec 18, 2022 9:58 amI feel like Heart's thoughts are simple, but not scummy. "I'm talking to Bunny, the top wagon. Let me ask him about that." If you assume he knows nothing about the game state, he sent a decent starting question. Obviously, it would be better if there was more opinions and depth involved, but I don't think his initial question was bad.bo_sox48 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 18, 2022 6:01 amThis is a really weird question. its hard to know where to start. why do you think people are targeting you?
I think you misinterpret. Your D2 vote probably means Bozo's D1 switch is not suspicious after all. I think you are not both scum. You may be both town but I lean one scum/one town and it's something like 60/40 S/T C/B.Chaqa wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 5:25 pmI've highlighted an especially egregious sentence from Damo that just shows Damo is arguing in bad faith and has no idea why I suspect Bozo or why I would vote him over a town read of mine in celaph.damo666 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 3:58 pmHad a look at first 2 days' votes with the following observations:

Damo is either scum or not actively reading, which is unusual for him, no?
