M1023: Mafarmia [GAME THREAD] [HIDDEN]

Standard rules apply.
Scheduling
All deadlines at 6pm Central (midnight GMT). Hammering is permitted, but everyone must cease posting once they realize a hammer has occurred, and must remain quiet until I resolve the phase. Due to my schedule, this may involve delays of several hours.
This is our current schedule, notwithstanding any moved deadlines due to hammers:
Start of Day 1: tomorrow, December 15
Start of Night 1: Friday, December 16
Start of Day 2: Saturday, December 17
Start of Night 2: Monday, December 19
Start of Day 3: Tuesday, December 20
Start of Night 3: Wednesday, December 21
Start of Day 4: Thursday, December 22
Start of Night 4 [if applicable]: Saturday, December 24
** if we reach this point (probable), I will ask the surviving players about potentially taking a 24-hr pause due to Christmas. the following times assume no pause **
Start of Day 5 [if applicable]: Sunday, December 25
Start of Night 5 [if applicable]: Tuesday, December 27
Start of Day 6 [if applicable]: Wednesday, December 28
** note that it is not possible for the game to continue beyond December 28, notwithstanding a pause due to Christmas **
Setup
All town players who do not receive the Sheepdog role have an additional night action: they may attempt to pet the Sheepdog by submitting the name of any other player in the game. If the named player is the Sheepdog, they will receive the following message:
"You successfully pet the Sheepdog! Its fur is warm and fuzzy."
If the named player is not the Sheepdog, they will receive the following message instead:
"That's not a dog! What is wrong with you?"
The mafia will collectively submit one name, and will receive the appropriate message in their Discord group channel.
Town - Farm Animals
7x Sheep - You are a sheep! You have no powers. Baaaa. You win with the Farm Animals.
1x Shepherd - You are the Shepherd! Once per game, at night, you may submit any other player's name. If that player's role returns as a Farm Animal, you will receive the following message:
"[NAME] is a Farm Animal."
If that player's role returns as a Wild Creature, you will receive the following message:
"[NAME] is a Wild Creature."
Be aware that the Squirrel That Thinks It's A Sheep will return as a Wild Creature despite being a Farm Animal, and that the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing will return as a Farm Animal despite being a Wild Creature.
Please also remember, if you are guessing the Sheepdog and using your investigation in the same night, to distinguish your guesses for me!
You win with the Farm Animals.
1x Sheepdog - You are the Sheepdog! Each night, you may submit any other player's name. If that player is attacked that night, you will prevent that player from dying. Instead, you will die at the end of the next day phase. If you successfully save someone from dying, you will receive the following message:
"You saved someone from dying. Good dog!"
Otherwise, you will receive no message.
You win with the Farm Animals.
1x Squirrel That Thinks It's A Sheep - You are a sheep! You have no powers. Baaaa. You win with the Farm Animals.
[GM NOTE, NOT INCLUDED IN ROLE PM: This role reveals as a Wild Creature to the Shepherd if investigated.]
Mafia - Wild Creatures
1x Wolf in Sheep's Clothing - You are a wolf with extremely fuzzy fur. You reveal as a Farm Animal to the Shepherd if investigated.
