I wouldve liked to keep this myself, but I guess ill have to out the beans. Ive played quite a few games with Yavuz since he started here, and once when the two of us were scum together. He has a certain tell, a behavioral thing he does as scum that I have never seen him do as town. Its about the way how he scumreads people, how he formulates his reads on them. As scum, he is very timid and he tries not to pick any fight with anyone. As town he has two modes of play, one as a VT and one as a PT. Theres a little bit more detail here (a certain poker-type of tell if you will), but im gonna keep it to myself since I love being able to read him perfectly every game. I have not been wrong in reading Yavuz in a single game yet.

You know, what Vecna proposed is all backwards. Why is Vecna encouraging US to sheep HIM? As the lump, if he's town, HE would want to sheep US as the play to get town to discuss what to do, and he would aid us to consensus and we'd vote there. Scum Vecna would shut the place down and demand no one scum-reads him. We have to neutralize his lump and ignore him, and decide among the other 7 of us, with Vecna as a vote option. Among those 7 there are minimum 4 town, maximum 6 town by my calculations.

I was asking people to sheep me to gauge their response and get a firmed handle on possible scumteams.

Also Vec, I have no clue what role you are. It's super obvious you are trying to bait the scum team, which adds a bit of WIFOM. I think you went a bit too far with your bait or else it may have worked if the scum team is more inexperienced.

I would need harder convincing that Jamie is being scummy - using the last failed game as a live example, I don't see the same behavior out of him. I see him tunneling a little bit here and there, which is what he did in the game before.

I think the fact that Vecna hasn't engaged yav besides the one post on D1 is more of my belief that it's yav over Jaime because of trying to create separation between the two.

And with that all being said, it could entirely be possible that it's Vecna-yav-Jaime with bo being town without us knowing. I am just fairly sure our problem child is Vecna right now and that's why I am running him up.

Hold up... Vec... You say Bo is town, but if you believe Bo is town, then it wouldn't make sense for you to vote Jamie here. This is only a slip from Jamie if both Bo and Jamie are scum.

I know I could be tunneling, but y2k questioning on Vecna doesn't seems really towny to me.
Damo already made a soft claim that I tend to believe as I can see why he would do that as scum (scum have no more info on roles then us as they haven't made a NK yet) risking to be exposed.
So pushing Vecna to analyze this seems a lot more like PR fishing then scum hunting.

As for the jamiet thing, just a case of shaking the tree to see what falls out. Maybe have jamiet get pissed over getting caught for the wrong reasons, or watch how everyone pours onto that wagon for shitty reasoning...plenty of stuff that couldve resulted in information from there.

Well Vecna, you're playing either an extremely shitty town game or a fairly strong scum game. I could see the former I guess, even if that stands in stark contrast with the opinion given by some players who lumped you. I can't engage you anymore today in the event that you're scum; I've gotten burned before getting in an endless back-and-forth with ghug when I was town and he was scum and he successfully encouraged a screaming match between us that got me lynched for the town loss. I see that happening again and I don't like it. I'll be focusing the rest of my reading into tomorrow as EOD approaches on everyone else as I've dissected Vecna enough this afternoon.
