Oh, right. While I agree it's a bit suspect, what I find much more suspicious about this quote is that it's another example of Bunny seemingly not understanding what people are saying:

Reading that - the context doesn't make me think it's a slip. It comes off that he misused NK over lynch. The rest of the context is incredibly towny, though I think it's weird that he was baited into any sort of reaction from BB's posts.

My understanding of brain and Jamie is that they fight a lot, and they would do this as either alignment. I do not think Jamie was admitting to being scum.

In general, it can be helpful to try to focus on why someone thinks someone is scum, more than if they think they're scum.

My takeaway was he was pointing out the hypocrisy of BB's logic that Jamie was holding your hand (therefor scum) when others have offered you advice/tips that are in line with hand-holding.
