Probably something to make him appear town. It's not a horrible play as either alignment. I don't tend to like analyzing behavior once there's one scum left, as incentives converge. I think it's better to look at previous days.

Also, I agree with your point that incentives with 1 scum left are harder to account for. I just didn't like Tom's point that scum Balki has no motivation to do this.

I'm liking this idea. Only concern is that I think secret codes are expressly against the rules so Flum's idea for role distribution probably wouldn't work. Unfortunate that we can't run key exchanges in the chat.
