Correction/clarification – Bona could also be Mafia stand-along if sweetandcool is Townie. Still makes sense to mis-represent my case for a MK and even earn some brownie points if sweetandcool flips first in that case.

I just think Bona is very suspicious here regardless of sweetandcool's alignment.

I was going to post this 5 min before EON, but won't be able to.

In case I get NKed, please read my past interactions with Bona and sweetandcool in ISO. I suspect they are both Mafia, but I feel stronger about Bona at this point.

Beyond that, I am not sure. Maybe Barlog666, or Eden trolling about kabuki, but it's early and hard to tell.

Koala - bizarrely kept on sweet which was going nowhere. Smacks of not wanting to be on the TvT top wagons. Highly suspicious imo.

Conclusions: Koala is the most suspicious but anybody could be scum.

I think we should kill either Bona or Koala tomorrow unless the NK sheds light.

I was checked out of the game without Peterbot, was literally going to suicide – until Foxcastle came along and talked me out of it. To answer Eden's question to sweetandcool (didn't want to interfere with that earlier) – I had Foxcastle as very Town for suggesting a legitimately more-helpful course of action in lieu of my original suicide one.

I did not plan my yesterday around EOD in a game I was not invested in. Then Peterbot came back, and I voted sweetandcool with a proper case and enough time left for folks to act – and got pulled into meetings.

Checked in just before EOD as promised, saw a runaway Foxcastle wagon, went *shrug* and back to my meetings.


Jamiet – now that I answered, would you please summarize your case on Damo & Snowy? I am not being facetious, I'd like to understand better.

First a follow up question: You say that Foxcastle was the person, specifically, who persuaded you not to suicide. Then you say you saw an EoD wagon on Foxcastle, but you didn't care about that and were happy to let him die. How do those two things add up? The one person who persuaded you to change your outlook on the game was a late wagon and your response was "shrug, who cares"?? Why didn't YOU care?

Now to answer your question:

Damo was bothering me because he was apparently being very low impact on purpose. He was contributing little, yet he took time out to ask if I was breaking the rules by altering the thread title, which he KNOWS is not against the rules because I've done it in loads of games. So that seemed like content-for-the-sake-of-appearing-to-post whilst in fact contributing nothing at all. Seems a bit sus. Having said that, he's put a little more effort in tonight.

Snowy mostly pings me for his repeated naked votes, and then his reaction to me when I asked him to actually explain his suspicions - which, you'll note, he was reluctant to do. Suggests perhaps his votes were insincere or that he doesn’t care. Again just not very towny.

I was trying to remove the tie possibility, but I thought Foxcastle could flip mafia.

Why did you think that?

I think Foxcastle is hard to detect as mafia, and it seemed convenient that he was making a case on the player probably scum reading him the most, not that this matters now.

I didn't feel that strongly about Bona. It's more specifically killing Fox that I dislike.

The sweetandcool one is very different from the other two. They're both mechanical slips, whereas his displays townie motivation and is the sort of thing that's just hard to imagine coming from scum. I trust it more, though Eden's also feels legit to me. Bona is "NAI".

I agree sweetandcool's post looks less likely to be faked, but you never know.
