Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
There was a big departure from Perp's wagon.
33 minutes to go it was Damo/Perp at 4 each.
"Anyone wanna flashwagon Chaqa?" Man, ghug...that smells awful!
Reading beyond that point, I'd say gimix is most likely town.

Think what you may about my "vanity" vote on Perp, but... just so it's clear in this case and for all future EODs in which I may take part...Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:40 pmWell then...the 4 vanity wagon voters.ghug wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:35 pmThe biggest thing to look for with town v town is who didn't give a shit.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:22 pmPretty much agree with most of what you posted, Rivera.
I am trying to wrap my head around whether or not there is a time and place for town v town vote analysis. Maybe just as something to keep tucked away for later vote patterns?
The final hour of this game's daytime coincides with me doing the bedtime routine with my kid, so I will probably be barely involved in most/all EODs. Sorry about that.

That is what I was gathering. You have history with them? The wagon evaporating is interesting, considering the time. 30 something minutes to go, Damo takes down the Perp vote, moves it to Chaqa, followed by you and I.ghug wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:50 pmThey're not a new player, for what it's worth.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:44 pmI am not. Given my notes yesterday, I was leaning town because I felt like they were a new player. Scrambling, latching on to someone's idea. Buddying. I am not as high on them as town now as then.
I see someone who very performatively offered to be killed and whose wagon dissipated in favor of two townies. Seems like a solid chance there's scum there.

Mafia wouldn't be so brazen, would they be? Unless they like to taunt. Goading us to vote for them.worcej wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 7:36 pmWho said you were confirmed town?Perplexity wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 4:49 pmso funny how most of you have me as almost confirmed town

This time I don´t fully agree with you. If I were scum I would try to get a good player DKed over a lurker or an easy miskill any day.ghug wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:35 pmThe biggest thing to look for with town v town is who didn't give a shit.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:22 pmPretty much agree with most of what you posted, Rivera.

The Mafia organization wouldn't be, but there are plenty of times one of them goes full Paulie Gualtieri.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 7:38 pmMafia wouldn't be so brazen, would they be? I would too. There are definitely exceptions, but it's a decent place to start.rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 7:45 pmThis time I don´t fully agree with you. doesn't matter if I'm 'new' because I have no worthwhile experience in mafia.ghug wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:50 pmThey're not a new player, for what it's worth.Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:44 pmI am not. Didn't play more than 4 games on wedbip and that was more than a year ago, I wouldn't call that a real experienced player

The towniest thing you're doing is not explaining your reads, but can you explain your reads?Perplexity wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 8:53 pmyou can start already VA because most of you think I'm townHamilton Brian wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 6:22 pmPretty much agree with most of what you posted, Rivera.

Just for info, it was late night for me, and although I wasn't still in bed I thought the day had ended and was going to be adjudicated. So I didn't check anymore and I just discovered all the mess in the morning
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
Are you planning to cast a meaningful vote in the next kill?

Yes, I am, and probably will follow the majority this time, although I'm beginning to have a couple of favorite scums of mine
Re: MAFIA 67 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD —//—//— CURSE OF THE AZURE BONDS [hidden]
Do tell.
And don't just follow the majority. It's hard for people to form reads on you if you don't provide your own opinions.

Why do you think that following the majority is a meaningful vote?
