Its not easy joining as a noob and some more experienced players pile in with terminology, votes, the setup of the game is different now to what is was initially (mafia/cops) etc

It does not seem likely TRC will return by EOD to claim. It seems he has entered orders in a diplomacy game in the last hour, so he may be scum deliberately hiding to get through D1 so that he can coordinate with his teammates, assuming there is not a mafia day chat. He does not have any votes, so he has no incentive to come back if he is scum.

I have never seen you do anything to deliberately hurt town's chances of winning when you were town. Regardless of your opinion on mass claims in general, in this game, 7 players have claimed they are a town PR. If more than 1 of the 3 players who have not claimed are a town PR, keeping that information hidden is very detrimental to town. So, if you refuse to claim, I will assume you are scum or possibly a VT.
