Worcej is totally wrong to bang on that it is irrelevant to try and identify the original scumpair. These two contain the cult leader and if we kill that person his followers die as well. So, it is of utmost importance to try and identify such pairing. If Worcej were scum he would have realised this so to all intents and purposes imo this TOWNCLEARS WORCEJ FOR DAY 2

I think the term you're looking for is "sensible level of concern" rather than "paranoia".

Yav, you can't have gleaned anything from yoyo's solitary post so either:
A) You are scum with him but that doesn't make sense, why would you give up a teammate?
B) You are scum knowing you is town and you are deliberately trying to mislead
C) You know something from out of game but that ain't allowed is it?
D) You are town and it's BS which would be bad strategy.

I therefore have to assume it is B

Second, you are town clearing Brain based on his erraticness? ... admittedly I haven't played enough games with Brain to fully understand his style... but I am not sure I follow how his "erraticness" this game puts him as town.

That said I appreciate the effort on collecting voting history (though I haven't verified it yet) and I look forward to hearing your reasoning for eliminating some pairs.

@Damo - I havent seen a response to my questions above... Do you still think BB is scum? Is it still based on his erraticness?

I am glad you became a little more active during the night phase... or I would have seen you as a recruit based on the change in activity. Prove to me you have some rational for the stuff you said during the night.

I think he opened his role PM, saw scum and thought, oh crap I've never done this before. He decided to lurk to avoid suspicion day 1, and then came up with a "sit back and watch" strategy to cover up. Also, I think worcej is a good scummate for Bozo. I need to go back and do a deeper analysis on him post by post, but I'll start here.

I've been scum before brotha. I was partnered with DrCJG.

@CJG care to weigh in on how worecj compares to his scum meta?

@ Nephth - I've only had one game with him as a scummate and I believe it was his first game.... that said... I recall him being very defensive and very polite... during the game I took on the dominant role (wolf I believe is the term) and so he was able to largely just pop in with "insight." This game he certainly could fit into the same mold, but he has definitely improved.

@Worcej - I have damo as a slight scumlean, but what are you getting at about scum pairing not being useful? The scum pairing from D1 is the scum pairing of the cult leaders... I agree that it becomes harder to narrow it down when they may have recruited a third... but information on the cult leaders will always be useful... Now, whether Damo actually has such pairings and they are logical/helpful is another question entirely.

Re brain. I never thought he was scum? I was townreading him for his erratic I haven't got a clue type behaviour (which I accept he could playact at as scum but less likely imo) and today's posts after his traumatic experience kind of seals him as town for me.

Regarding Squigs I town read him for his reaction to the criticism he got for saying he hadn't read his role PM. However in light of my newfound theory on Yav I think his reaction to the Sqyigs affair may be a bit of smoke and mirrors and they may be the original scumpair.

Is there any other night postings of mine you need expanding on?

If my working hypothesis on Yav is correct his possible partners are in order of likelihood

DemonRHK or Squigs or Yoyo

Neph (less likely due to nature of today's post)

DrCJG (less likely due to his continued quizzing of me)

Possible recruits under this scenario (omitting Neph&DrCJG) are any of that top 3 or Bozo or none.

Until Yav explains I think we should pile on the pressure.

@ Damo - Thank you for clarifying, I definitely misunderstood you... I thought by "post reveal" you meant after EOD when Chippe flipped town. Not sure I read Squigs reaction the same way, but at least I understand you had reasoning.

As far as Yav... I feel like he said the same nonsensical thing as town in a previous game with me... he claimed to have a theory about someone who was being replaced... maybe in the newbie mafia game... I'll try and find it... but he was town then... sometimes I think he just gets excited and starts saying things without thinking about them... a big reason I have always targeted him as scum because he tends to say a lot of silly things that I can latch on to... that said, @Yav - an explanation is needed.
