Look, it's possible I'm wrong about Flum specifically, but I think if we flip the people in the PoE, we will win this. Flum looks the most likely based on VCA. Blamp too, maybe, but I'm going to trust my gut.

I'd reread the game to give you a final thing to work off before I join the party in the God Thread, but it looks like people want to end the day early so I doubt I'll have time.
