I announce a DMZ of the following territories:

North Atlantic Ocean, Heligoland Bight, Gulf of Lyon, Western Med, Silesia, Galicia, Amenia, Eastern Med.

Anyone who enters one of these provinces will immediately receive a declaration of war from me.

I accept all except for the DMZ in Eastern Med. I really want to be in Eastern Med in Fall 01.

It is much more fun to play as yourself, but convince all others that you are actually impersonating yourself - which would mean that they assume your true country is another one.

How many layers of WIFOM will you go? Im gonna guess now that you arent even close to England.

The real France has a totally different opinion, since a DMZ with both England and Germany is effectively a roadblock to any expansion. And a DMZ in Galicia is plain nonsense.

Well, it is gonna be soon. I am calling out to everyone on the map to organize in some place - Switzerland is impassable, so some other place may do - and ban joke warfare, or there will be no country left except the one ruled by the presumed England - and don't just hope you are that country!
