How does a 3p faction differ from a scum faction?

Darg is an anagram of drag which is what D1s do, hence we should get rid of darg.

##VOTE Foxcastle
Asking about the composition of the villain teams seems very irrelevant. A facade. As if Fox cares. Analyzing completely unknowable information rather than playing... not townie.
The big quote that xorxes pointed out could be a crumb seems more like a fakecrumb that's intentionally meant to look like a crumb we'd take as townie. Building the big lie. Scummy.

I surely will. I'm still trying to have a better comprehension on how others play to understand what they might think or how they act. This is why I want to write down all the information I can. Mathematician's habit, i need to gather all the data before having a full view and express my opinion on everything.Vecna wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 10:47 amThe same applies to you, if you can put your impressions of people into words, itll help the rest getting a more accurate impression of you as well.TheMarche wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 7:44 amDon't worry, it's still my first impression. I need to read again everything to confirm my opinions. I surely missed something interesting in those 22 pages.Donny Dude wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 7:42 amI will admit to being a bit lost.
I must admit though that Summit's claim and posts have mostly been focused on me, which is odd. You can take a look.
I won't hold it against anyone though if I am lynched because it is my first time playing.

Can someone please fill me in on Summit's "claim" that Donny is talking about?
I could not see him making a claim - what have I missed?

Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Guys, I went to sleep last night and had the WEIRDEST fucking dream. I dreamed that EMC was in the thread posting preliminary reads of nearly half the players.

Like Xorxes, you've missed the point.foodcoats wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 11:20 am##VOTE Foxcastle

And think for a moment about how having everyone guess (or "guess") about the scum teams could be valuable for town later on before you dismiss it as irrelevant.
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
This is technically true. But if foodcoats had been watching the most recent games, he'd know that the scum have been winning by being uber-consistent and careful about not getting caught in any contradictions. So this advice is actually somewhat misleading. If you look for lies, you'll find them on townies; town should be hunting the players who are very carefully hiding their lies.foodcoats wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 2:19 amI guess townslip is the wrong term, technically.
Being scum is a grand lie from start to finish, even if it is more gradations of false reasoning than out and out lying, and even though it may be frequently genuine. I don't think scum would, of all things, bring up the lying habits of scum in the way xorxes did. Scum is too focused on the lie itself.
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Well......calling it a faction might mean were dealing with cultists. Also the innuendo that its at least 1 person.......
Are there rules for bastard elements on webdip so we know whether faction changes are a thing?
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Just focus on the game and leave me be please. Do your own thing
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
There was a cultist game (run by ND, a while ago) and more recently Firefly-themed game that had alignment changes as third party recruited.
Re: M55: The Last Party - Game Thread
Hmmm, yes. I shouldve actually been the one pointing this out. But im happy you get to do it instead to reinforce my feeling on your slot.foodcoats wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 11:20 am##VOTE Foxcastle

I dont think ill ever want to lynch foodcoats this game.
Not sure if I prefer foxcastle over my own vote atm, since that is also a juicy scumcatch.

I think he somehow called summit's vote on him a claim for whatever reason.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 11:44 amCan someone please fill me in on Summit's "claim" that Donny is talking about?
