Townspersons. Townpersons! That an odd word. Why not town folk or town people? Perhaps it’s code. Yes I’m sure it’s code. Maybe an anagram. Good evening. Fellow townpersons. Easily becomes Owen Glendower Novello is soft p..

So what does that mean?

Well ‘soft’ in mafia lingo means Jamie is softing his role. ‘Soft P..’ could be soft porn. It’s true that the Novello does include a rather unnecessary depiction of oral sex by Margerat Hanmer that doesn’t progress the story one bit. But that doesn’t make sense in mafia terms. ‘Soft P’ could refer to ‘silent P’ at the start of some words like ptosis, pneumonia, psoriasis which happen all to be medical terms. Hmmmm maybe Jamie is softing being a doctor here?

What about the book? Owen Glendower for those who don’t know was the last Welsh Prince of Wales and led the rebellion against the English. The English version of his name is used in novel by John Cowper Powys. Glendower died around 1415 during the reign of Henry V. Henry V is, of course, a play by William Shakespeare that features Owen Glendower in passing. The 1989 film of the play was produced by none other than Bruce SHARMAN, which is the modern spelling of SHAMAN. There is little doubt that Jamie is softing being a shaman/doctor. But why? My belief is that he is mafia and will reveal his rather obvious breadcrumbs if/when he is up for the daykill.

The whole "high school gang" back-forth is entirely reminiscent of theatre between those who share an outside connection, but unfortunately for us it's NAI as there is...said outside connection of age. Don't know if it's particularly prominent this game due to reveal from "how old are dip players" post, or due to game roles.
