What did you do to remove Vash, HB (suddenly now) and Balki?
Balki was one of the first to go. Admittedly I work on the usual that I normally miss one and balki is currently top sus for that spot.

As for the others I don’t really keep a detailed logic for why I remove because I can usually finish it in the first 3/4 days and then it’s a nice reset to go through everything again to try and reset my frame of mind

Continuing from some of the earlier posts as I pull out specifics:

Maniac townreads kgray, Balki, and myself and also HR and ghug.

So Maniac, your scumreads?

HR reads myself, kgray, and Balki as town along with ghug. And ghug is your strongest townread?

HR, who would you like to see as wagons for D3?
I've never townread you
The eff! What did I just read then? I must have mixed up a lot of Bona's post with your name when I was copying/pasting. I thought you had addressed a part of their post. Mea culpa.

I am curious about that POE list from Neph. Are those players in any particular order?
Alphabetical from the sign up list lmao

I’ve done it for a few games and I don’t feel as though it harms me. I’ve also gotten lost in a few tunnels in my tome so theoretically it shouldn’t be harmful.

I also fully accept as I’ve already said I’m better at finding town

In regards to you, I don't know you well enough to have background information, so I process what is presented to me and have only that to go by.

From Bonatogether’s long post...

“ T-0:43: ghug switches from maniac to brain, for the reason that if it comes down to it, it's obvious which of the HB/kgray/balki (6/4/4 at the time) trio he'd choose, but he prefered to get brain out. (He hadn't been voting any of the major wagons for at least 30 hours. wack)”

Unless HB/Kgray/Balki are all scum why would scum Ghug try to get a new wagon going here. Surely he’d jump on a town wagon. As I’m town reading HB/Kgray/Balki I now strongly town read Ghug. He is now my strongest town read.
When ghug was scum in M60 he encouraged/started town wagons when the leading wagons were also town all the time.

kgray, ghug, durga, Jamie and HB have all voted to kill BOTH town ND and town brain. HB's brain vote is excusable due to self-preservation but as for the other four....they can't all be town can they?

Tomorrow I think we should contain our votes to these 4 plus Maniac.
You're right damo, it's totally unreasonable that townies who know only their own alignment would vote two townies in a row, so therefore we must be sum....

A probability person like you should know that this makes no sense.
The chances of 4 townies all voting town both days is (19/25)*(17/22)^4=11.9%.

It is therefore quite likely there is at least 1 scum in the four (another way of saying not ALL town). The chance an individual town randomly votes 2 town in a row is about 58.7% so not taking anything else into account any one individual is more likely to be town but collectively the group is very likely to contain AT LEAST ONE SCUM.

Yet again you choose to misconstrue what I say to throw shade at me. You need to detunnel.
You can say that about any 4 people though, right? What does that have to do with those who specifically voted for town twice?

Probably because you weren't the one he was tricking into jumping on those wagons haha

Specifically I'm thinking about the flash vs Moscow day, but I think it's true for other votes too. I can go check later.

a) like it's in my control
b) it formed really fast near EoD
This is such a scummy mindset to have. It's out of your control what people do, so why bother trying to affect things? And it formed pretty fast but there was time to voice an opinion, at the very least.

And none of these arguments are convincing when you didn't even try to get people on my wagon, when for a big part of the day it was me (your top scumread) vs Hamilton (your top townread).

I was really faithful to my "I want to decide who the top two wagons are" mantra that game, to the point that I've been kinda hesitant to do it as town since then.

So this is true. The brain wagon formed quickly. Can you talk more about your thought process during this time? Did you consider taking a more active part? Did you underestimate the pace of the brain wagon forming? Did you second guess your town reads? Did you put your phone down for a bit and play Parcheesi?

You are right that the brainbomb wagon formed quickly, and you don't necessarily control everyone else's vote. Can you talk about how those things specifically impacted your actions and posts?
I interrupted my Netflix watching for the last 10 minutes or so of EoD skimming the thread to catch up. Was somewhat surprised to see the extent of the brain wagon. Was pleased HB looked like he was gonna be saved but disappointed it was brain that was gonna be the saviour. I indicated my TvT position by supporting worcej's post. I didn't want to vote who I considered a town to save a town (and of course my reads could be wrong) and the thought crossed my mind that with last minute shenigans there was always the chance of a tie, probably inadvertently, so I left my vote on kgray.
This explanation sounds pretty reasonable to me, actually. I'd be interested to hear what other people think about it.
I hate it, shocker.

Why is not bothering to change things a scummy mindset? Scum need to influence votes too.
