this feels a bit broad for Q19, i can't think of any sources of characters outside of these

1,3,9. Fictional non-human
2. Not introduced in the western hemisphere
4. The creator of this character is known
5,7,14. Introduced after 4 March 1974 and before 3 July 2013
6,10,11,12,13,16,17,18,19. Introduced in a song, drama, or poem (but not introduced in a work meant to be read, or as a mascot, or on the radio, in a play, movie, TV show, podcast advertisement, video game or anime series)
8. The silhouette of this character is humanoid
15. Not an alien or robot

Passed - Introduced after January 1st, 2001? (previously answered as Yes)

In the interest of gameplay, might I suggest that we don't count the 2013 question towards the total because it wouldn't have been asked if the 2001 question had been passed initially?

Sure, that’s fine. Tbh - I actually think the answer to the question would still be yes, but I’ll refund both questions and freely say the character first appeared 2001-2013.

So I think we're probably looking for a humanoid (but not human) character in a song from 2001 or so.
