Commander Riker and I have left the Enterprise for a strategy summit concerning the Romulan Neutral Zone. The Enterprise is performing routine maintenance around Risa while we're gone, and the crew is getting some much needed R&R.

While the Enterprise will likely be the keystone of the defense strategy, I'm hopeful we can construct a plan that allows for diplomatic missions in the region. There are a number of planets near the neutral zone where Starfleet has had limited contact in the last decades, and it would be an ideal use of our skills.

Game start will be in just under 72 hours.

Phases will end at 1800 EST.
