Is the book this character is from in the fantasy, sci-fi, or horror genres?
Actually, scratch this. Feel like it’s unnecessary with the supernatural powers question.

Is the book this character is from by any of the following authors: Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, George RR Martin, Brandon Sanderson, Robert Jordan, Isaac Asimov, or Michael Crichton?

Sorry - let me also add Rick Riordan and Philip Pullman to that list.

Does this character appear in books written by more than one author on DreamTrawler's list?

Yes, clever catch of that edit, if that's what gave you the hint. It's not Rand al'Thor per question #9 - your free guess is refunded

Yes.

Not Moiraine Damodred.

I would make a summary of questions so far but the multiple quotes/edits with that list is nasty on mobile.

I'd point you to (edit: Hominidae, not Spartaculous)'s question and my answer in narrowing down the franchise/author

Ah, was just covering my bases. After all, Good Omens is also by two authors on my list. Unfortunately I know very little about the Wheel of Time

This is a good shout for someone who knows very little about the Wheel of Time. She is a polarizing character, but a lot of people (including myself) like her.

Honestly I just googled Wheel of Time characters and the only two names I recognized were Rand al'Thor and Nynaeve. Stolen valor if I turn out to be right lol

Nah, not at all. It's Rand I have a painting of on my wall 😁.

Not Egwene, either

Sadly (but out of this context, happily) for Wheel of Time, there are absolutely no shortage of women with supernatural powers
