This is what I got (since from Jamie's case that this is okay)

You track Flash and see him walk around searching for someone, but ultimately not see him find anyone.

I read this as "he did not visit anyone", so basically nothing. He didn't go anywhere. It only occurred on reread (prompted by flash, to double check I didn't get something wrong) that him walking around was indicative of something and not just the flavour - since Chaqa's invite was written like an item, which it wasn't. Shot a reply to Worce and waited :D

For that to happen it would make more sense there is an SK and the jailer stopped the NK.

He claims he tried to protect summit.

He claims summit was not attacked and he got a PM confirming there was "no need for his services" to validate this.

This caused him to deduce that there is no Serial Killer, which I questioned.
