Since I'm still stuck in the past I also rather think miller should also reveal eon1
No reason not to really, take one for the team my guy

Everything’s going pretty well these days. Really glad to not be in our small apartment with kids remote learning during the pandemic anymore. Between moving and summer, life’s been pretty good. So I decided to come back here and see what stress I could add back to my life.

A lot of it comes down to how this group chooses to act. If we could stay productive in absence of kills, then there isn’t any specific need to kill that requires us to take, say, a sub-50% shot. If the game is going to bog down and go nowhere without kills, then we need to kill regardless of the probability.snowy801 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:34 amShrugPresident Eden wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:23 amWhile true, it still ultimately creates a 1-for-1 trade that I'm not as keen on creating in this game. The risk of exposing a PR is also present.
Since the voting data ultimately relies on PR info to be meaningful, I think it might be reasonable to minimize risk of losing PRs before they give their info.
Of course, the threat of a kill always needs to be present if this game isn't going to be an endless sea of memes
I think waiting for PRs to deliver salvation is a weakness that needs to be burned out
Also that's what the doc is for
Honestly I see some people are concerned about the whole no flip business but as far as I can see this is a pretty easy setup, probably because of the above reason
Vote out d1, cc eon1, and carry on as usual. Should cover all stated concerns I've so far seen
I suspect the game bogs down so killing is needed, but I consider it more of a necessary evil when it doesn’t produce information on its own the way it does in normal games (where killing is actively an upside and should be done virtually every time).

And to Doom, Sabi and any other new players… I know the speed of the game is pretty dizzying and it’s hard to contribute and to learn sometimes, but don’t be afraid to ask questions, no matter how basic they might seem. You might have to wade through some nonsense but you will eventually get an answer that helps you play the game more easily and enjoyably for you.

I'm back in in-person school which is good except for the fact that I have to be up at 6:20 when I could sleep in to 8:30 last year, so that's been an adjustment, lol.

What a bizarre question.
Sabi, how would you say you feel about Eden on a good day?

If you’re the Miller then I think snowy is right and you should wait until the end of night 1 (we’ll go over it then). If you’re the Cop or another special role like that then you shouldn’t disclose it. If you’re a vanilla town or a mafia role then you should disclose it now.BesharamSabi wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:53 amSo is this where I tell everyone my role?President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:43 amA lot of it comes down to how this group chooses to act. I think I'm one of those listed above. Did I do that right?President Eden wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 2:00 amIf you’re the Miller then I think snowy is right and you should wait until the end of night 1 (we’ll go over it then).
