Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
I dont hate you at all. never have never will. You know why I am the way I am
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
also, I think Damo just obv-towned or made some really really great scumplays
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
again in a normal game damo probably wouldve been policy killed by now
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
I had a third theory that Tham was framed and the GM's are struggling with what actions can target the night immune aliendamo666 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 12:05 pm@Vecna
I don't think you would have quizzed the GM thusly as scum hence quasi clear.
As for Tham being alien I am gaming the GM somewhat but given the error I think Bona is almost certainly insane rather than paranoid and I can't see the GM making the error if Thamrick was town so Thamrick is either MiB or alien.
Given no one else was jailed it is likely Thamrick was making alien much more likely than scum trying to give Thamrick cover (if they were gonna do that surely they would have chosen someone different).
I'm pretty convinced Thamrick is alien. Sçum should sacrifice to confirm.
Brain is fairly obviously scum so he can confess.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
Jamie asked why I was role claiming at end of night. I was just having a bit of fun before potential death.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
which became evident with ND's responses there, and him vanishing while leaving like half unanswered
Gaming the GM responses a little bit again, just like you.

Im not sure anyone knows the rules of jailing either.Vecna wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 12:12 pmI had a third theory that Tham was framed and the GM's are struggling with what actions can target the night immune aliendamo666 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 12:05 pm@Vecna

thamrick is looking like hes gonna get subbed or modkilled so rather than force some new player to step into this messy game

I keep finding myself going back to page1 like every 30 minutes just to look up how stuff works and how it would interact. So many little intricate details that fuck with the natural order of things.
Must be a nightmare to properly predict all outcomes and adjudicate everything lol

Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
im probably gonna become insufferable if I read in the scum QT after that game that scum wanted to kill HR to hopefully have town blindly follow his reads.
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
And HR is gonna jizz all over me if I just wrongfully townbinned damo and he was right that damo/ghug are naughty instead
Re: Mafia 65: Dreamland II [Hidden]
The flaw in both your logic is that the scum team is doing anything all at once together this early on. If I'm scum, a couple will bus me now and a couple will try to generate a counter-wagon, and then later some who are on me will go somewhere else and others will decide to bus me closer to EOD. If I'm town, some will decide to push my mis-kill now, and others will wait knowing there's plenty of time for me to be flipped as the day goes on.damo666 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 10:45 amIf Fox is scum then there is some heavy bussing so voting in that group is still fine.rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 10:36 amI don't understand your logic here. You think most of the scumteam are pilling on town Fox at start of the day? Don't you think it's more likely they are bussing as Fox will be flipped sooner or later?damo666 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 10:13 amFrom mpov the 4 remaining baddies are in
brain
Fox
ghug
Maniac
rdr
Vecna
Worcej
Four of the 6 who aren't Fox are voting Fox so I am going to read this as a town indicator for Fix and limit my vote to one of those 4 Fox voters, namely ghug, brain, rdr and Maniac.
Brain wasn't voting Fox yesterday so I'll eliminate him (despite his wobbling around like blancmange on a sea of Tizer giving me bad vibes).
I'm lightly townreading rdr which leaves me ghug and Maniac. I have my suspicions about ghug but I think Maniac ultimately likely to gain more traction and he is equally sus so

If Fox is town I expect scum to be avoiding his wagon a bit but keeping his option to vote him later if a teammate turns into the counterwagon.
In fact the only think I like on your post is you tryng to make Maniac a counter, this could tell a lot about your alignment later.

If you had are town with a gun and have two strong scum reads a 100% on bunny and 70% on someone else. Shoot the someone else and let Bunny be daykilled. That way two big scum reads die. Now you have to press for a daykill on you’re 70% scum read and scum can influence and block that kill.
Shooting confirmed scum is just bad play. But we are where we are. Who are your top scum reads?
my top scumreads are damo, foxc and you as it turns out

If you shoot someone else, you learn nothing about how others would have voted for them, or who they would have pushed instead, or who would have tried to save them. You've effectively given scum cover and prevented town from hunting. And then everyone piles on the known scum for the day vote, and hey, whaddya know! You learn nothing from that either. This approach zeroes out any useful information for town and helps scum avoid doing anything to out themselves during the day.
Bob did the right thing, and I think he's town for it. If scum had been given the M16 at the start of game, they'd use it to shoot a townie and never claim it, and I think in this game they seem like they would been likely to use it (like they did the ray gun) on D1 to create confusion and give themselves a big head start.
