- Dings the conversation re: investigator power for not being optimal play despite there being two pretty distinct strategies discussed. Don't love the blanket opposition to both
- Kak vote feels contrived without further context

Hmmm. I see number one as sort of the sober second thought; engaging the use of caution before proceeding. That might be more town than not, unless it's a crafty "get the idea in the collective conscience" sort of thing. I would not vote darg on that notion alone.

Second...it's a D1 vote; not really being pushed and not really gaining traction.

I definitely don't like the jamie wagon. I would even go so far as to say it would compel me to vote sweet. However, we have such a dynamic that's been built over the past few games of "you're scum; No! I know you are but what am I" that I'm siding with NOT entertaining it right now. Later on, sure.

Third post all game comes out of the gate swinging with some strong claims about the entire pool. Ik you've been busy so just indicating here that I'm curious to hear more about what you're using as criteria for "town" and "suboptimal" when you get the chance

These are fair points. I should say that I find most of darg's other posts to be astute especially concerning the Jamie/sweet nonsense. Haven't played with darg before so I'm still feeling him out, too.

Of the 4 competitive wagons so far, I don't like 3 of them. I would say I see jamie, kak, and darg as primarily town for me.

74% of the times I draw Scum, Ghug scumreads me D1.

Scientifically this demonstrates that if Ghug scumreads me on D1 then I am likely to be Town.

Also, I meant to only have a small nap before the game so I would be there at start, didn't know that I would sleep over 10 hours. Guess my body needed the sleep.

I'm also very surprised to see quite a lot of policy discussion. I'm also surprised that ghug (who previously said those are typical what mafia defaults to in the joke phase) sees two of them as very towny.

I thought about the system myself a bit, but wouldn't the information, who thinks who is mafia for the vote, be useful? Like this policy that everyone chooses a certain individuum takes intention out of players hands and makes it easy to hide.

Yeah this was my conclusion as well. There are some other things we can think about around putting people in groups and making them select different targets once we have some alignment info, but this is optimal right now.

I propose we just pick the second highest vote getter.

But how do you think about those two then? Neutral? Slightly town? Did it change from that time and what they posted in the meantime?

I agreed with Bozo on mechanics and said nothing about Monarch? I guess I can see how the Chaqa comment would be read that way, but there i was just saying there's no reason to scumread bozo, and no reason to assume that he's right, not that I townread him.

Your suspicion seems manufactured and your anger toward sweet just reeks of overcompensating for a joke vote from sweet. Then you begged us to give you a reason why, something town Jamie did not do last game after he was called out (althoughthe accusation didn't go anywhere) at some point. So yeah.

Jamie was a PR and typically goes into trying to be low-key and not make waves in the game.
