Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
Lost the quote when I closed the window but to whoever asked about the reason for HR vote: I said it was to poke him into action or something like that when I voted, which is what it is.
from bot skim, if HR starts out low volume he'll stay low volume for awhile, which makes him hard to read. The timing was decent for another wagon to start up, from the way the other wagons felt (dunno how to describe it, was a gut thing), and if nothing it'll make people give reads on HR and have HR be more readable. Whether I stayed on his wagon or not depended on how he responded.
Plus VCA people love this type of stuff, in watching who moved around to do what, so that was another bonus despite my own play not using it.
Reasonably satisfied with how it worked out.

I'd already read Bona as he was leading when I showed up.Fluminator wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 11:19 pmLol they weren't before you switched

Yeah, I’m not staying there. My strongest scum read is still Donny but I don’t think I have the time to make a convincing reason. And the most I have is VCA which seems to be negligible.

This is a very good point that everyone should remember:rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 11:08 pmWorcej, I think you misunderstood my comment. I didn't say you don't have good arguments to defend yourself.worcej wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 10:45 pm@all, especially rdr - part of the reason you're not seeing 'good arguments' from me is because how do you rebut meta analysis and someone thinking that 'if a sub is called on D1 the slot is most likely scum'
So I'll just make these points again in regards to my flip:If none of this helps you try to sort my slot out, then fine. Just remember that I am telling you that you cannot imply anyone looks townie from D1 because of their vote.
- Recency bias is the driving force for the ND slot flip. The games from 1 to 2 years ago is an excuse to justify it.
- This is town!bozo, because only that form of him can get stuck in such a wasteful analysis.
- You'll learn that D1 was TvT and it does nothing to reveal any information because it shouldn't clear or town any movers or people who stayed pat.
I said you should stop only defending yourself and try to solve. You aren't even in the top two wagons now, so forget Bozo for a while and try to convince people to vote Ghug (or whoever you think is scum).
If you don't obvtown you will be daykilled at some point, you know it.
If you are not scum, showing us that you are not scum is only half the battle - the other half is helping us to find who is scum. Don't just tell us we shouldn't vote you - tell us who we should vote, and why.

I actually agree with EMC after reading his full iso. I had the same strong gut feelings before. Made the classic Vecna decision to let a single post change my mind.
The fact everyone is townreading jamiet again this game is just further evidence. The guy would have walked all over you chumps last game as well if it wasnt for Durga.
Also, this EMC wagon needs to die. Shame on whoever is on it.

Also this preachy, posturing type of playstyle is how you recognize scum jamiet.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 11:23 pmThis is a very good point that everyone should remember:rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 11:08 pmWorcej, I think you misunderstood my comment. Did you forget that I was the person to point out he was suspicious, which lead to Kgray agreeing with my post, which durga mentioned was the reason she scanned him?
