Of my friends who are far better at geography than I am, one really likes Albania, the other Kazakhstan. 2 very interesting countries. To but it bluntly, they have mutually indoctrinated me into liking these countries. so uh yeah, Albania and Kazakhstan are pretty cool

1) What are the 4 countries whose UN official spellings use only 1 letter from (a,e,i,o,u)? (Canada doesn't count, it uses 3)
2) Starting in Detroit and heading due south, what is the first country you travel through that isn't the USA?
3) Starting in Key West and traveling due south, what is the first country in South America you travel through?
4) There are 2 states in the USA (call them state A and state B). There is a city in state A, where if you travel due North, due South, due East, or due West from this city, the first US state you travel through that isn't state A is state B. What are states A and B?

I believe you are correct that there's a piece of forest in the Selway-Bitteroot Wilderness that does qualify, but there's nothing in there that would qualify as a "city" no matter the definition.JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 11:14 pm1.
