One mafia player is carrying out the kill. Their item would be taken by the player with the sticky as all roleblocking actions take place prior to kills. The item could be lost with the player that was attacked upon death, prevent the mafia from killing that player (in certain cases), or simply belong to them if the attacked player was otherwise saved.
