I am not sure yet if I believe your story. That's why I'm not saying xorxes is right and we need to lynch you now. I think he's tunneling a bit. But I don't think he's making up logic to argue his point.

The only reason it may look like I'm tunnelling is that emc, and perhaps foodcoats and Demon, are, intentionally or unintentionally, misstating my position, and so I keep restating it over and over. Maybe that's emc's intention, I don't know.

I repeat I am open to lynching someone else if someone comes up with a better argument than Donny's scumslip. This whole discussion with emc is making us waste a lot of time on a point of logic that should be fairly trivial. Maybe I should stop letting him drag me into it but I guess it's not in my nature.

How about Sarah? So far she only seems interested in people voting for her, and she has not shown any effort to understand what happened N1.

This is the part that I still don't get. If you don't believe what I'm saying about my role, then why do you still treat it as if it's true?

The reason to lynch Donny had to do with a very convincing (at least to me) scumslip. If you say you inherited his alignment, it's hard to see you as town.

What I am saying, is we don't know IF A (Donny) was bad, and it's seeming like you are discarding any new developments to focus on everything that happened prior.

You may argue: but emc is being so towny that he can't be lying, your belief that Donny was town must therefore be wrong.

That's fine if you want to argue that. I don't think emc is being particularly towny, but you may disagree.

You may also argue: emc would never do this is he was scum. It's something that scum would never do.

I'm not convinced that's the case, but it's a perfectly sound thing to argue.

What I don't want to hear any more is that I'm making a mistake in my reasoning, because I am not.

I may be making a mistake in my evaluation of Donny's scumslip, but I am not making a mistake in the reasoning that follows if we start from the premise that Donny was scum.

Argue against that premise if you want. But please stop with the nonsense that from that premise it doesn't directly follow that emc is scum.

So nope, the whole thing with xorx is over for now. I want to see what he thinks about people that are not me or Donny.

I think xorx's problem is that he's too confident in his Donny scumread, and internally it made sense for it to lead to a scumread of me. However, he didn't really have a conscious reason for it at the time and ended up grasping at a lot of straws until it was articulated, just some minutes ago.
