With Item Thief gone, is there a major downside to claiming items that are still left in play? They're NAI since they were randed. The only downside I see is that it could direct a NK if there's an item the remaining scum want out of play. Of the remaining items though:

Satellite Phone (3) - Vecna claims to have 1 of these I believe
Triage Kit
Reverse Alien DNA - gone with Yav NK
Alien Manipulation Ray - used by Vapor D1
