Regarding Jamie, I think his actions far more scream someone who is frustrated than someone who doesn't want to play mafia. If he didn't want to play mafia, he could just not play mafia.

I dunno his whole tantrum and dragging unnecessary drama and shit into both signs up and this game screams someone doesn't want to play mafia. He could have used this game as a breather.

BB last played in M71. You were also there for half a day and were also active in the GT for that game. I find it weird that you would have forgotten, but don't see why you would make this post as either alignment if you remembered.

“mafia-sided” specifically meaning rolling mafia. last time I remember for brain was M63 which was over a year ago. his intro looked to me like that of someone who hadn’t played mafia (the faction) in a while, a bit rusty. but that doesn’t work if he’s played mafia-side recently on other sites. hence I gave him a bit of a softball question to see what he would do with it. and it seems to me that ignoring it and acting like nothing interesting happened is not the play he would make as town lol.

In your initial post about me you asked me when I was last in a mafia game which was two games ago. The last time I was scum I played very badly and somehow my teammate ghug won the game anyway iirc. I like being town more than scum. I love solving mysteries and catching bad guys.

Then when I left you said I ducked your pressure but based on your post you seemed pretty wishy washy on how you felt about pressuring me so I didnt feel very pressured by the post. I chose to not really be all that concerned about it in the grand scheme of things.

My reaction to snowy early on was a little bit of overly sensitive old school bb creeping through where I know this game is about reputation. I take my reputation seriously even though I have a weak reputation as a game solver. Last game I played was a very painful experience for me where I was wrong nonstop and watched the game slip away from me. I shouldve trusted the partnership I had with damo and I didnt. But I digress, snowys comment about me inevitably catching sabi and changing my mind bothered me in that moment because I had already decided sabi needed to be studied right away this game.

I didnt know how exactly to react and I wanted to see if snowy was A. trying to get me to stay stuck on sabi just to prove him wrong; or B. wanted to joke id inevitably leave the sabi FOS behind when other things began. Either way I was both taken aback, concerned, curious all at once.

I feel like my questions were pretty darn reasonable also. And snowy didnt really seem to give them any validity or actually respond to them. He posted onions and then a link comparing my playstyle to mass school shootings. And I decided he was just trying to troll me. rather than getting annoyed I decided that id just laugh it off and go play civ 6 and enjoy my night. played civ 6 from 5-1130 pm and checked game thread a few times.

thats about it. there was not a ducking per se.

my townreads on chaqa, you, ghug and snowy are mostly about the casual alignment banter about various players happening. I think ghug understands how snowy thinks better than I do so I was curious to just watch ghug and how he interacts with snowy and others to see of ghug is using people to manipulate them or if ghug is actually talking to people. My assessment of ghug is he is actually noticing things: he notices when flyingboat claims kaka is being too scummy to be scum and asks tfb what has been scummy about kak.

snowy reacts to everyone.

id argue that you mr eden have been the most hawkish and pinged thus far. though you almost seem sad to be sussing me which is odd given our interaction on 2/23.

I never play well as scum, I get angry and impatient the moment town starts
playing well. and somehow I always ended up on scumteams with ghug and Jamiet which is not a great mix of scum styles at all.
