Ok so Brain has left so I'm gonna make this post on the assumption that America IS in the game

There are 3 scum left. One of which is America

If fox is town then he was jailed
This makes Damo Universal backup.
This means that both scum can't be conf roles (Jamie/Durga/RHK) but is likely one (RHK)

That makes the final scum either Worcej/Bozo

Of that the most likely is Bozo

I think that,
If Fox is town then scum is Damo/RHK/Bozo
If Fox is scum then scum is Fox/Damo/RHK with Fox being America

I think the second of these scenarios is more likely as it also puts bozo nicely into the SK which fits well.

No lynch would have put us in the same situation, an almost guaranteed loss unless the SK hits scum. At least we took a shot at lynching scum or SK, which would have given town a chance without counting on the SK.

I want to think about what scum and the SK might do, though. Your scan is as much a danger to SK now as it is to scum. If they know I’m saving you, they might kill me instead in the hopes that the other kill gets you. Or they might jail you and kill me. I really, really hope we have a watcher and he gets lucky for us.

I am fairly sure the SK will try to catch damo or yourself on who is lying. 2 kills have to happen, so it makes sense to figure out that mystery to find the scum lynch for D5.
