VOTE COUNT 1.4 "Maybe I should actually use the bot and not miss a vote like I did with Bunny, which was not intentionally, I'm sorry, [insert theme of the game]"-edition

BunnyGo (3) - sweetandcool, foodcoats, damo666
foodcoats (3) - brainbomb, ghug, BunnyGo
sweetandcool (1) - JustAGuyNamedWill
bozotheclown (1) - Jamiet99uk
Chaqa (1) - Vecna

About 3 hours an 15 minutes left for day one.[/i]
At this point...scum isn't really scared by the voting, but they can see people's posts are different.

HamB is getting side eye. Sweet is getting side eye.

I've actually started off looking at bunny again (I am going to look at ghug, Will, brainbomb, and Food, hopefully I have the time).

I thought maybe my scumreading him and voting him based on his first post was harsh, but the more I look at him the more he looks bad.

Bunny's first post seemed insincere because he threw in an obligatory degradation of Will and sweetandcool, when we hadn't done anything yet to warrant it.

His first post of page 3 he decides to townread me, because I mentioned I'm grumpy about life. I still couldn't have possibly done something to make him frustrated with me, and he even references that he needs a better way to read me. Again, this is clearly Bunny saying things he has said in past games, but he has no reason to make those comments.

Third post of page 3 is interesting if Bunny is scum. Could he be teammates with brainbomb?

First post of page 4, maybe it's a casual post or maybe it's a way to spread some stink on me. Bunny seems to want to town me and scum me at the same time.

Last post of page 8 actually makes me mad now that I'm rereading it. Is scum Bunny trying to make us look like teammates?! I'm really not liking his interactions with me (I wasn't planning on cherrypicking his posts that refer to me, but those are the ones that keep pinging me the most).

2nd post of page 9, he agrees with brainbomb and continues to negatively comment on Food. There have been a few posts about Food that don't ping me, but it's interesting how he seems to be buddying brainbomb. Is brainbomb town or are they being obvious partners to the point that we can't think they are partners? Or is it a bus on Food? I haven't felt bad about Food but I do worry about potential pocketing. Food's been too easygoing with me, and it makes me wary.

Several posts later: Jeeze, Bunny become fixated on brainbomb. Not towning or scumming brainbomb really, just mentioning the hell out of him.

Okay, at this point I've concluded Bunny is probably scum. He is currently gunning for Food. Bus or MK?

I was planning on saving Food for last, but I think I'll look at him next. Then onto my accusers.
I had just been thinking "sweet and HamB hadn't posted in a while, when this wall dropped."

Never mentions HamB. Not sure what to make of this.

I am going to be unavailable at EOD and I am not going to be available much before then.

I do not have any strong scum suspects yet, so if it was up to me I would no-kill today because it probably would not cost us a mis-kill (although it could if there is a doctor save).

However, I realize it is not up to me, and of the different idea being presented, the cases against Chaqa and foodcoats seem to me to have the most potential to be accurate.

##VOTE foodcoats
wait...what?! When would bozo ever advocate a no-kill?

Oh...I see, he's counting our miskills already and assuming doc will never get a save off.

Amusingly, this mechanic is arguably awful:

1) No-kill day 1 learns nothing
2) No-killing nerfs doctor entirely. Now doctor needs 2 saves to earn a miskill.

Okay, clearly you are either scum or sheeping so hard the wool is totally over your eyes. I don't care if you haven't made sheeping indicative comments, you clearly are just refraining from making them.

Goddamn this is stupid. Can you read? I don't care why you flipped from not voting me. I care that you were voting with me. Utter nonsense if your read on me is so strong.

@Everyone, I am happy to vote Will. Both he and Bunny seem to be good candidates. I prefer Bunny though because Will might be purposefully triggering me with this lunacy. Also, he is more likely to lead us back to his teammates.
I agree; but there is game left to be played today and things can be learned here. Count me in if it comes to that

Sweet where are you getting the impression that im scumreading you and placing you in some team with will?

i think the scumteams are like
Food-will-bunny
Will-frog-bunny
Chaqa-frog-food
Food-frog-bunny
Chaqa-bunny-frog
Will-chaqa-bunny

Then theres a tier where jamie and you (sweet) also maybe have loose ties to this whole thing but its much less than bunny-frog-will-food-chaqa
this is a very good post in retrospect.

I mean...it's very very wrong, but would brain talk like this to the GF and name no scum in his list if he were scum? But then soft that the GF isn't completely off the hook?

I haven't gotten to you. I'm not saying that you currently think that way. But you certainly mentioned it as a possibility when you first got on Will/Chaqa's case.
yeah, the casual mention bothered sweet. He saw too many people sussing him slightly and felt trapped.

Done with Will. Nothing new to add really. Pretty flabbergasted if this is Town Will.

I would conclude strongly that Will is Mafia, except that other than last game I have scummed Will fairly strongly, even when we were teammates. So maybe I'm just not able to be objective with Will.

But come on, I really don't get his behaviour.
Kind of like how I reflexively scumread you for no very good reason. Not this game. Previous games.
Well then...ummm, not sure what to make of this.

I've been superbusy so my contributions are low low lobsterball low. I live for the weekends, what can I say.

Anyway I wanted to focus on the top key votes before I looked just now and saw a bunch of ties at 2 each.

I am kind of here right now.

Sweetandcool: quick jump on Bunny for the God posts. Kind of feel he’s making suggestions but circling around coming right out to suggesting anyone is town or mafia to them. Not really seeing the votes for them but that requires a better read of the voters. (ghug and justaguynamedwill).

Brainbomb: coming to the conclusion that it’s best to hold off on any opinions of brain until after D1. The amount of posts are difficult to pull apart. Scums food and bunny. I liked the post where he presented his process. Kind of have a good feeling about him so far. Not inclined to jump to a town conclusion but it doesn’t feel like mafia. Bunny and foodcoats are current voters.

JustAGuyNAmedWill: Kind of presents reads on the spot. Who does that D1? Not the most suspicions thing

I want to know what has formed the opinion of this hard scumread on sweet by Will. I wouldn't say Will is mafia based on sweet's defensiveness (that's a lousy adjective for the point they were trying to make but I can't offer a better assessment of their reaction to will right now).
Will is town. damo potentially busser.

I'm good with any of these wagons other than Chaqa. Sweet is probably my next least favorite at this point. I townread Bozo, brain, and Chaqa.

The primary motivation of my food vote was to see what would happen. The reads list pinged me a little but it was definitely not my strongest scumread at that point. The reaction, though, is really irking me.
I will not vote food or chaqa. I would switch to Bunny to break the tie but sweet voting him puts me off.

How about a flash wagon on one of the non voters?
Oh look...damo potentially the busser.
