You can assume that most of not all Town told the truth last phase, but you don't actually know who Town is.

If bozo is town, I expect him to not lie here. So if he did, he is confirmed mafia.
sweet did change his claim, so maybe he didn't tell the truth the second time, though I doubt that. At least town sweet. Maf sweet? Would probably keep lying
