I roll to attack KingofthePirates with my moonshard blade, which gives +5 to hit and 3d8 attack… I roll a thirteen plus 5, which gives 18! As Kingofthepirates is a pirate with DC 15 (I believe) I roll for damage… 11 Damage to Kingofthepirates! But, my passive ability gives me a 1d6 extra damage with moon weapons! 17 Damage!
