3p decided to steal elsewhere because they had found another wincon item and for whatever reason preferred stealing that one

I can't imagine why anyone else would particularly care about you this game, enough to spent both JOATs

I further cannot imagine a scenario where taking away the voting power of town would ever be a good thing, much like the day hammer.

I think people ought to have held onto the gun until the cop claim came out anyway, so I doubt it would be used D2. Very unlucky (or well read by scumteam, though I briefly checked and saw no crumbs) if celaph did in fact have it.
