Did this person live to the age at which one can run for US President (35 or older)?

I will attempt a summary - if something is incorrect please feel free to adjust

1, 2, 6, 7: Real human born after November 19, 1831, who has not appeared as a playable leader in a mainline game in the Sid Meier's Civilization series. Born outside Eurasia.

3: Not born in a year in which the Soviet Union was extant

4: Not famous for politics, military, science, exploration, or criminal activity

5: Not famous for something that a great person from a civ game might be (Great Artist, Great Writer, Great Musician, Great Engineer, Great Scientist, Great Merchant, Great General, Great Admiral, Great Prophet, and Great Spy)

8: Lived to the age at which one can run for US President

Technically you all never eliminated "fictional plant" but I will toss in as a freebie that it is not the green tentacle from Maniac Mansion

Didn't question one rule out any fictional characters?

Maybe. Perhaps I was confused by the continued questions about fictional characters after that

(to be clear, you are correct it is not a fictional character)

We can deduce that this person was born before or in 1917 - the Soviet Union dissolved in 1991 and anyone born after that is not yet 35 years of age.

Whoops, made an embarrassing historical error - the USSR was founded in 1922!

Wouldn't he be counted as famous for exploration? I'm not sure.

Is this person famous for their work in industry? (I'm not sure whether 'Great Merchant' would include such people. If it would, as it does in Civilization 6, scratch my question.)
