Born south of the Equator, in a place that is not currently part of France?

Is this person female?
If yes to both of these, Free Guess: Solveig Gunbjørg Jacobsen
I like this guess. I had looked into Antarctic births and the earliest was in the 70's, I wasn't sure what other unusual "first births" to look into

I'll ask another question:

Or it could be someone from Melanesia, Micronesia or Polynesia, I guess.

Could also be someone from the Guianas or the Falkland Islands, or an indigenous person from a Spanish-speaking country.

2. Real human
3.4.5.6.9.12. Not born in Eurasia or North America or Africa, or what is currently Brazil or a state or territory of the United States, or a part of the Southern Hemisphere that is not currently part of France
7. Not a Spanish speaker born in South America

(Removed Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina from the list because they're entirely in the Southern Hemisphere, even by the broadest possible interpretation of what those countries include.)

CLARIFICATION QUESTION for the QM:

Do you consider "North America" and "South America" to describe the whole of the continental Americas? Or would you regard "Central America" as a separate continental territory and therefore not yet asked about?

Central America is a part of North America (at least for the purposes of this game). This person was not born in Central America.

Actually, I just reread the question; I should probably update this to "Pass.".
