I don't play nearly as much as I used to, but I strongly dislike that conditional questions are allowed.

That said, given the above two questions, and the fact that they are allowed, it makes no sense for me to not ask the following:

If yes to "is it Hitler, Franco, or Salazar?"

AND

No to "Hitler?"

Then:

Is the person Franco?

If yes:

Free guess: Franco

If no:

Free guess: Salazar
