Are we SURE about all these answers? Anyone from those territories born before the fall of Rome would have been a Roman citizen or resident of a Roman province. If all those answers are correct, we are either looking for a pre-Roman, or someone from the very earliest days of the Dark Ages.

Yes, I'm very confident in all of these answers (the Spain/Portugal/Italy one is a little iffy, but he would have been born very close to the border of one of those places in any case). He was definitely born before 667 and was definitely neither Greek nor Roman.
