I don't know why tf you're still talking about this but I'm over it and I think you're making up nonsense reasons to pretend to have an opinion on this game.worcej wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 2:48 amI'll be explicitly clear: I've seen you brush off the good compliment with references to be bad a lot and it's making me gokgray wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 2:34 amYou were bringing up something that was irrelevant and based on ghug's misunderstanding, and you said that you realized it was a misunderstanding but pressed it anyway. I didn't feel attacked, I feel like you're trying to jump off of ghug's misinterpretation of what happened to cause drama or get me riled up or whatever.![]()

My innocent investigation is not as nice as it might appear.
a) driver could have messed me up, and given me the scan on someone else.
b) the person I investigated, if the ww, would result in an inno.
c) and obviously, could be a godfather.

I woke up from a nap, no one is shot
Darg, you should reveal that information at some point so we don’t risk wasting the day DKing your inno scan, but no rush.
I hadn’t considered the world where the Watcher would watch Dargo. Makes more sense why he’s alive now.

Driver + Cop/Watcher/Journalist/Binocular User:
If the driver targets players A & B, and the cop/watcher/journalist/binocular user investigate player A, they will receive their report on player B. The investigative role WILL be informed that the identity of the player that their report is on has changed. This includes if the investigative role is now investigating themselves.

So either:
1. Dargo didn’t know this because he isn’t the cop or
2. Dargo didn’t know this because he didn’t read the setup
We know he has to read the setup for his council role.
So darg is lying about being cop?

Or he didn’t read the setup as thoroughly as he should or forgot this part of it...
Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Why was darg supposed to read the setup more thoroughly than others?

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
So, here's some general precepts I've got right now to think about this:
1. The RHK voters are *most likely* mostly town. I would imagine if a bus occurred at all, it was Maniac or kgray, based on the lateness of Maniac's vote and kgray leaving and coming back. I don't think celaph or food are bussing there.
2. I think Kakarot is town, based on him being a counterwagon to RHK. I had thought his voters were scummy, but it seems like Dargo is good, and brain seems town enough. Damo could be cleared *IFF we find out for sure he was roleblocked by scum and not a town RBer.
Putting this together, I think the most likely people to be scum are in the group that isn't mentioned above. That leaves, to me:
- Yavu
- Worcej
- Rivera
- ghug
- Hamilton
- Jamiet
- Macca
If possible, I think Kak should shoot one of these group (since with Darg re-claiming I don't think we should jump to flip him yet) or maybe Maniac, since I'm pretty sure he's scum.
Would everyone agree that, *generally*, that's a good list to look in? I know after the game where ghug, Bozo, and Durga bussed day 1, we're all a bit scarred, but it feels like that didn't happen here given how close the wagons were. If scum were on RHK, they could easily have moved to a different wagon without much backlash and gotten Kak, HB, or even brainbomb killed.

can we be honest that the council is completely just for show and has zero actual power on anything

I think this list looks broadly good, but can you elaborate on why you don't think celaph and food are bussing? and wouldn't it have been obvious if there had been a big last-hour or so move onto one of those three that you mentioned?Chaqa wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 3:56 amSo, here's some general precepts I've got right now to think about this:

Re: MAFIA 66: The Battle for Olympus - Game Thread [hidden]
Well, if there had been a late shift off RHK onto someone else, then we'd likely have seen, say, a town flip on Kaka or maybe HB or Brainbomb, depending on which was the scum-preferred counterwagon (as it's possible HB or Brain are scum, still).Bonatogether wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 4:00 amI think this list looks broadly good, but can you elaborate on why you don't think celaph and food are bussing? and wouldn't it have been obvious if there had been a big last-hour or so move onto one of those three that you mentioned?Chaqa wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 3:56 amSo, here's some general precepts I've got right now to think about this:

A late shift leading into a town DK is not unheard of or even unusual in mafia, especially our community. It would only look suspicious to us now because we, at this point, know RHK was scum. We didn't know that before the end of day, so there's plenty of cover for scum to do a play like that.
Food and celaph sat on the RHK wagon and I know at least celaph was online at EoD, if i remember the online list correctly (this is a possible case of bad memory, but I'm not sure). I don't think scum!food or scum!celaph just sits on a teammate and goes MIA.

I just generally don't think bussing a teammate day 1 when it isn't necessary is a good play, and I think all of the potential bussers are good players, so I don't think it happened.
