Dip and war posts are indeed worse than usual. Ive seen his scum game many times and I remember it being focused on piggy backing off of proposed town strategies. In the example I remember balki had a plan and then ghug had a plan, and then dip amended the plan tediously to try to seem engaged in the plan which involved some circuitous mass claim idea. Not seeing as much involvement in trying to fit in with the strategic crew but the posts he has made are so non serious and so tonally awful.

It was a real thought but in the full context of how I was reading you and the game I did not really think you were scum. I was speculating.

I went looking at the people that avoided DW at all. And it's not just that mimi didn't vote DW, mimi was aggressively null about it. Especially for someone they interacted with a loooot.

Also, the whole 'ghug's master plan to look go by bussing D1 while not getting DW killed' is a much bigger stretch I admit, and it was a lazy vote by me.

Also doesn't help mimi voted a throwaway/counterwagon attempt EoD2.

There wasn't much interaction between kingofthepirates and DiplomacyandWarfare. kingofthepirates expressed some suspicion of DiplomacyandWarfare early D2, then voted him near the end of D2, leaving his vote on DiplomacyandWarfare while missing EOD:

so mainly this is done with the intention of looking at all reasons people gave for their various D1 votes, any similarities or interesting patterns. everything after 5 minutes before phase end is scramble time, and i think unlikely to yield any interesting reasons. So while doing it, I realized... there's like 14 people left... so I'm just gonna lookat a few interesting ones (like pivotal votes, 3rd voter, votes from people currently sus'd by others).

dip (idk first in order): switched votes most often (7 times), feels very arbitrary. mostly stuck on red based on lurking (also in general lowkey I hella sus the people on the red wagon who sited lurking as the only reason... that somewhat screams low effort scum reasoning, especially since I think there's much more to it...). Seemed intersted in a bb wagon. is that interest still there?

will: final vote on dip feels random, like there's 2 minutes left, the dip wagon is not gonna take off. Feels like trying to take an opportunity to slip off the dip wagon but also avoid the red wagon.

food: honestly? all the votes here don't seem to bad. red lurk vote is as above ig. but also has past history of doing that so... nia

mimi: "I'll move off when..." votes, I kinda get this mindset. NIA, though I can see how it might look bad in others eyes

gonna go hunt for more, I remember this morning on my phone I checked and someone's votes really ticked me off and buzzed me the wrong way... I'll see if I can find it again.

on reread, it was ghug's votes that tilted me off yesterday morning (sketchy reasons i think it was?). but today it feels better, I was probably too harsh in my judgement back then. I also have no clue what's going on rn.

I think it's one of the more informative flips, others (by which i mean other voters) logic feels sound, and I have a slight hunch/theory that I hope to test.

In reading what you've posted from KotP, the highlighted part is a very interesting set of words to put together about Will's behaviour re: Dip wagon. Is it possible the scum are Will and KotP?

I dont think we should be voting possible bussers anyway given bunnys death. They probably feel safe killing into the pool of us dip voters and we should force them to do so.

I was town to him while joining him on dip. And remained town throughout d1 and d2. And only once dip flipped suddenly hes got my name on all his stuff saying im performing ect. It just feels out of the blue.

It has a completely different core set of fundamentals behind it. With dip it felt like an instinct push which he tends to be a pro at as town. I usually witness him catching scum day 1 and people dont listen or they tune him out. He did it in champs and people ignored him even though he had a mafia dead to rights - mostly because the counter wagon was also mafia there.

But his approach to the game seems alot lazier now and more like hes looking for some little morsel to turn against people

That's an interesting way to cast Will's push on Dip... it's giving me flashbacks to when he hard bussed sweetandcool out the gate one game and rode that credit all the way to the finish.

Everything keeps turning up Will at the centre of so many theories.

Mimi has a lot of "Okay, now I feel like I can vote this person" moments. But if she was scum, isn't that the inside voice leaking out? Wouldn't she keep a rein on it, even if new? And if she's town, is it just... an unwillingness to be the tip of the spear?

After everything that has been discussed today, I feel like there is a vortex, and at its centre is Will. I'm up and down on my personal opinion of whether he's scum or town, but there are so many legitimate pairings where he fits, that it is ticking it over me.
