To General - as always discretion is needed in the south, the tactics are too risky to discuss openly. As for the north, kick St Pete? You would risk Norway, but long term we do need StP back

To my General,
I recommend that we move into the Western Mediterranean. We will need as much firepower as we can get. I like the attempt to convoy into Marseilles—if you believe you have another chance, do it. Unless the Kaiser has any ideas, I don't think this turn will allow it.

To the Kaiser of Germany,
Congratulations on making it into Picardy. It is the beginning of a slow slog through France, but we will eventually push through.

Although I recognize that the North Sea is strategically important, your fleet could be better utilized in the English Channel for anti-French purposes. You don't have to do it this turn (or at all), but it would undoubtedly be beneficial.

If you have any ideas for coordination with my general, feel free to let me and my general know. My general will undoubtedly take your ideas into account.

To Russia - I would much prefer if you built in Sevastopol as opposed to Warsaw. But I guess it might help with ousting the English from your home. I also hope we can work together in the northern seas - I can support hold Norway if you need it, or support Sweden into it.

To Italy - I think we are slowly making headway and agree that a move to the Western Mediterranean is in order. I will leave it to my general to decide whether to move to Channel or not. We will have to use discretion in our guessing games this year.

To England and France - you are both quite tenacious, I appreciate the challenge.

The Sultan extends his warmest greetings to his dear peninsular friend. Given the military situation in the Balkans, it would be strategically beneficial to move a fleet into the Ionian in order to protect (or, more likely, re-take) Greece. Such a move would be temporary and would in no way be intended to threaten Italian interests. While I will leave it to the discretion of my general to determine if this move is advantageous, I wanted to broach the subject with you first.

To the Czar,

I am grateful for your continued partnership in the South, and am glad to see that you re-took Rumania. The Sultanate would be deeply appreciative of support from Rumania of Greece-Bulgaria.

To my esteemed General,

While I of course leave the final determination to you, I recommend moving Greece-Bulgaria, with support from the Aegean and Constantinople, while moving Eastern Med-Ionian. Next turn, we can re-take Greece from the Ionian. Of course, now that I've shared this plan, there may be a better alternative that maximizes the returns to the optimal counter-play.
