Too early in the day for me to go that route. Unfortunately he is playing in his typical town form, which also makes me struggle to throw him up.
I have stated this time and time again, I firmly believe that Town is in a better position without Jamiet making it to the end game than we are with him in it. And thus, we lose nothing from lynching him day one. Because he's either gonna lose us the game or eventually be a mislynch anyway.

And now he's going to scream at me for being an evil bitch. Which I guess is true.
Just when I was about to write you up in my list as being disappointing and unconvincing so far, you go and do this thing.....which is probably a townpost. Or maybe not.

Why rile him up even further when he is very obviously town, as is ND. Obviously we'll win this way before endgame because the scum suspects are already so visible.
Is this a joke? Are you really harping at me for riling him up with all your I didn't get my vote pm nonsense. Please Vecna.

Worcej could you actually address the fact that you are calling the GM a liar? Do you honestly believe that Foxcastle has lied to us about the setup? This is what you have alleged. It's quite a serious allegation against the GM. Please elaborate.
To be clear Jamie, by me saying this:

Just hold off on claiming the box for a while, and wait to say who you passed the box to until they have passed the box. If scum got the box to start, they would love to not say who they are passing it to and just pass it between themselves until the last item. IMO we need to have claims at some point to have a verifiable trail for going into late game
This logic you explained is why I believe that the box HAD to start in a town players hands because it would make scum so OP and almost impossible to stop.
Is not the same as me calling the GMs a liar. Re-read my quote closely, I said 'I believe' - which isn't me stating 'I know this to be truth', but a hunch. Think it through - if this thing started with Scum, it would be SUPER OP early on for them.

My assumption, and it can be entirely wrong, is that the GMs did give it to a random player, but made a choice to exclude scum from receiving it. That is still doing exactly what they said, giving it to a random player, but also trying to ensure balance.

It would also be pretty dumb for them to announce that it starts with town, because then whoever received the box first would immediately be GM cleared and the list mechanic would show it.

I'm not lynching xorxes this phase. Whether he's mafia or not becomes painfully clear very quickly, no need to jump the gun on it because he's amazing as town

Yeah Foxcastle, ffs, sent me my role pm already. How is Jamiet supposed to read me otherwise.

( ;) )
I guess you're just dicking around. But I'm not sure what Worcej thinks he's doing. Let's talk about that, Vecna....

So, Worcej decided to present a theory regarding Pandoras Box. His theory was dependent on the assumption that the GM would have ensured the Box was placed with a Roman at the start of the game. This as we can see is at odds with what the GM said about the Box in the setup post.

So either:

1. Worcej didn't read the Pandoras Box rules before deciding to make a post about the distribution of the Box.

Or:

2. Worcej had read the rules but genuinely did not believe what the GM had written.

Or:

3. Worcej had read the rules, but hoped other players had not, so that he could misdirect us.

Which do you think is most likely?
Actually, it's this:

4. Worcej reads the rules and signup thread VERY VERY closely and realizes that the GMs don't always list every possible rule/thing in the thread. This is due to his Doctor slip back in Ike's game and he doesn't want to fuck up ever again because it was not enjoyable to make that dumb slip.

Both Squigs and Vecna already answered it's not 3 and I agree, it would be incredibly stupid as scum.
Worcej could you please answer so Jamie can move forward...

I liked Vecna's posts, get mostly the same feelings I got when reading the first pages. And no, I am not trying to buddy him before someone accuses me.

I also want to hear from Balki why Bozo is so obviously town?
I believe I have - quoting posts and responding as I move along.

Despite this microaggression hidden in your request, I'm more than happy to reply with an answer, ND.
After having gone through the posts, I've reached a midpoint conclusion that everything what has been so far stated is fully based on your (plural) knowledge of other players gained from previous iterations of the game. You (plural) essentially are talking about your own family members, whilst I'm a postman who was invited to watch an episode of Downton Abbey. I'm a stranger to all the jokes, the invectives, and the banter. I don't share all the familiarity you have in your blood by now.
According to the rules, I must vote. I could blindly choose somebody, and vote. But if I want to remain serious about 'informed guesses', I'll just sit in the corner for a wee while, and get accustomed with everyone (on the assumption that I don't fall victim of your (plural) xenophobia). In this context, no lynch is the only sensible option. But since the days are long on this planet, I may change my mind, and you, ND, will be the first person I'll consider ;)
(as you see, I'm already attempting some jocularity for relevance and fraternisation)

What a lot of rubbish, Worcej. What is this previous Doctor scenario you're on about??

##CALL GM

1. When you said that Pandoras Box would be allocated at *random* at the start of the game, did that random selection include Greeks as genuine possible recipients of the Box, or only Romans?

2. Are there any hidden mechanics or rules which have not been disclosed, in this game?

Do you not remember that the decision to send the PRs their role PM only on D1 and all VT would receive them N1/D2? I got a doctor PM and proceeded to slip on D1 because I did not know/read that in the main thread rules because it wasn't listed in there. It was discussed in the sign-up thread, which I didn't fully read.

Call it rubbish all you want, but I was fucking pissed at myself for slipping so easily to Squigs. Thankfully Chippe ruined the game, because I was hating life during that one because you (you were scum, in case you forgot) and your main crew of scum people just kept RB'ing me and not killing me.
