Maybe the best wagons for today are Will versus worcej, because they can't both be scum. But they COULD both be town, so... no...

Ok so
Brain fits a few criteria
He flipped from Dip to Worcej last second D1
And he was an early and stagnant voter on Dip D2
I think its likely a wolf would do one of these, but both? Lol

Credit to food calling brains notes performative because I probably woulda forgotten about brain if food didnt
I believe Brain’s notes are just baseline observations and then like
A weird meta analysis of Ghug? Feels out of nowhere

It seems like you were purely throwing shade, then, because you're saying, "Bunny dying looks bad for bozo because Bunny thought bozo was scum, but I don't know how or why." Bunny could've been killed for his reads, or for some other reason. But you leveraging Bunny to shade bozo, with no additional thoughts or reasoning of your own, seems scummy.JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 4:34 pmBozo was in Bunny’s solvefoodcoats wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 4:30 pmOkay, but can you explain what made you think "Bunny dying does not look good for bozo?"JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 4:18 pm
Surface level it does not look good
But we can’t ever know truly what the reason for it was, hence me being unsure
Why?

Re: MAFIA 92 - The return of the Witchfinder General [GAME THREAD]
Several of the villagers sat around in the square.
"The Romans, eh, remember the Romans?"
"Of course not, they left Anglia hundreds of years ago. My dad once found a Roman coin though."
"Bloody Romans. What did the Romans ever do for us?"
"Well, they built some pretty good roads. Great record keepers, too, the Romans."
"Is that so?"
"Oh yes, great libraries, they had, packed to the ceiling with accurate records, annals, ledgers... especially as it pertained to the birth, life and times, and execution on the cross of our lord, Jesus Christ, amen."
The villagers looked at their neighbour quizzically.
"He's been eating those funny mushrooms again..."

What I mean is that scum are often hyperaware that their moves and opinions need to be justified to some degree, and are more aware of what they have said and done in the past - so there is more likelihood that scum get "locked in" to a perspective than town does. I might be evaluating too narrow a band of your reasoning to know if this is really the case here, but I am just... not in agreement that things are so black and white, which now has my scumdar firing on your bogeys.JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 4:37 pmIm not certain, obv. No, these are entirely different things
I’m saying worcej is town because he was the flash CW to dip
I’m saying I’m town bc I pushed Dip all day and all night
Different circumstances
Your certainty is what is really worrying to me now. Getting really certain and adamant about stuff is the problem when you're scum, because you are hedged in by various ideas and allegiances that town does not have. I remember Nespresso Patronum and bozo nearly catching me in two separate games I was scum when I had fallen into those certainty cracks, and I had to fight and fight and fight not to die.
Yeah, I get ya. But I guess its just a difference in playstyle. I have seen numerous instances of it elsewhere, and thus am confident that this trend continues here
Wdym hedged in by allegiances and ideas? Like how I’m finding ppl town/scum?

But I’ve learned to solve in a way that I have to take some things as black and white in order to get anywhere
If I don’t, then I’m just gonna be suspicious of everyone and considering ulterior motives of anyone, and thus have to work off some assumptions and general ruels
If I solve using those, and it ends up being wrong, *then* I reassess the basis for reads
Re: MAFIA 92 - The return of the Witchfinder General [GAME THREAD]
The idea that you were adamant that Red was town. Although I am not convinced, now, having checked your iso, that worcej had it right. It was only with 8 minutes to go on D1 that you even expressed that you believed Red Neurax was town. But that's odd because earlier in the day you had said you were okay with all the wagons, which included Red's. All this about wagonning lurkers is actually ex post facto. But you did manage to chime in against Red's wagon just before he flipped.JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 4:46 pmWhat changed your perception?
On the other hand, the main alternative at that time was Diplomacy. So if you were scum, downplaying the Neurax wagon risked Dip. So...
I think I'm back to town Will.
Re: MAFIA 92 - The return of the Witchfinder General [GAME THREAD]
And since I'm back to town Will, I'm back to... scum worcej?
No, they just can't be scum together.
Will and worcej by POE both town.
So... ND, RHK, brain, maybe mimi are my preferred wagons now.

Brain has had strange defenses of Ghug
The one that stands out to me is his posting analysis of Ghug over N2, which while fine in a vacuum, is incredibly weird that the only one he did was Ghug
