I didn't even think about it, I just thought "I need to get this out in case town needs it." But in what world is trying to determine who the scumteam is based of the actions of the dead scum useless? I would hazard to guess one of the scum was activated by Squigs.

Based on BB's count that is as follows:

Uni Backup can be Quas, Jamie, or damo (Crimson tossed out due to softclear)
Cond. Commute can be as above plus Neph and bozo (Gnome tossed due to gunshot)

I think Squigs was just trying to cause confusion. Chances are neither of these roles belong to scum.

Slowly catching up so will respond to things as I come across them

- The SK loses if town lose
- Town are very close to losing
- SK therefore (for now) wants to help town
- This either gets scum or confirms doctor. We then are able to telegraph the doc saves or else we just lynch Fox as he would be scum
- This also prevents a likely dead town (7/4 odds) and so gives us more of a chance

Confirming the doctor does not help us when the doctor can be scum. I think it is just as likely Foxcastle is scum who claimed his real role as it is he claimed a fake role.

wolves (especially ones that aren't as experienced and worry more about appearing too partnered with their teammates) very commonly place an early vote on their teammates as it's a safe spot to them, just something I've noticed (actually I stole this from someone else, maybe even bb?) but it rings true a lot of the time

has anyone analyzed spew from squigs yet?

I have a feeling the SK is looking for scum in the lurkers, and killed DrCJG and DoubtingThomas. Maybe the SK will take care of ND/flash next.

I think some good points have been made why dargorygel is a good scum candidate, but I still think Foxcastle is our best bet as scum.

That is not the only reason I suspect Foxcastle, and I did not even consider the possibility he was fake claiming until we found out that the scum have a list of inactive roles to fake claim. I found it suspicious that Foxcastle presented his claim the way he did, as if he was resigned to getting lynched and telling us his role for future reference. If he was town trying to save himself, I would expect him to say he was the town doctor and we should not lynch him because we would be killing our doctor. Also, as has been pointed out, if he was lynched, we would find out his role, so there was no reason to tell us for future reference. I also found it suspicious that Squigs switched his vote from Foxcastle to ghug at the last minute, because it unnecessarily put Squigs on a wagon that was about to flip town. I also did not like Foxcastle's argument why DemonRHK should not have challenged Squigs and let Squigs survive another day. Foxcastle even said DemonRHK would have been better off challenging him since DemonRHK would have likely won the challenge against him. If Foxcastle is town, that means he would be saying it would be better to have a town killed D2 over Squigs.

I do not believe so, what exactly is the definition of "role madness"? I played a game where everyone started with an item, which was similar since most of the items were NAI.
