The British don’t like us, and the Italians don’t like us, and the Turks don’t like us. The Germans have the possibility of liking us and Russia… uh… i don’t know how Russia feels. Austria is non-existent.
Essentially, be friendly towards Germany, and fight against the Italians. Also the British if you can.

To the Kaiser, and his general,
We may be preoccupied with the Italians to provide much support against the British, but it would be great if you wouldn’t interfere with the war between me and Italy on the Italian side. I highly doubt they want to be your best friends.

To Turkey - agreed, our generals must maintain total secrecy in this fight. Let them do as they judge best.

To England - so, although we are involved in the war for the arctic, I would like to point out that while you have two units committed to this meaningless fight, you're breaking in the war at home. You have an army and fleet, either of which could be used to defend yourself against your seemingly enemies (or maybe frenemies) France and Germany. I recommend you take such action for both of our benefit.

The winter was much shorter than I expected. It looks like both the French and German generals built armies. Though I do not wish for it, it is likely that we are going to war. Sorry, Diplomat Pengwinja. We are at the mercy of our generals.

To Italy - I think the most surefire way to proceed is actually for YOU to support ME into Marseilles, while cutting support with your fleet. From there, we can guarantee the Iberian centers for you. If we did it the other way around, the French could easily cut my support.

To Russia - I think it's time to upgrade our relationship. I feel like we could make quite a bit of headway working together. If I help you into Norway, maybe you could help me out in the seas? I also continue to request that you leave Austria alone and focus southward, but without the Austrian diplomat here I understand that is difficult.

To my general - I think this time I will leave it all up to you. Marseilles move is probably a good shout, and maybe you could fill in with Munich. As for the fleets, I think you are clever and can figure out a way to crack the English defenses. I would rather have a 100% chance in Fall than two 50/50s in a row. A convoy may be in order as well. We could also help Russia right away, or in Fall. All up to you!

After seeing the updated board, I agree with you that the best way to proceed is to support you in Marseilles. I'm glad we can finally begin working together.

Please use the army in Piedmont to support Burgundy -> Marseilles and send the fleet in the Gulf of Lyon to Spain to cut support. This ensures Marseilles is taken, and we can take Spain the following year. The rest of the moves are at your discretion.

To take Marseilles for myself this year would require not only Germany's General's cooperation but also for France not to cut support from Burgundy, which is very likely given the openness of our communications. Time is of the essence here, and I am willing to concede Marseilles for more momentum.

Also, I wanted to commend the French general on their defense of Marseilles. I hadn't realized that was a possibility. To Italy/the Italian general, I think we will have to coordinate mentally. Either we attempt the same set of moves, or your fleet supports me in rather than poking Spain.
