If he is town, they probably wanted to temporarily eliminate his town input and give him the DD tag in case xorxes picked up the DD tag performing the NK. If he is scum, they may have thought kidnapping him would make him look like town, prevent him from being scum read for not being NKed, and would allow him to reveal his nametag last without looking suspicious.

@rdrivera: I can see from your perspective why you suspect me if you are town. From my perspective, I know at least one of you and Ezio are scum, and I had thought Ezio was town and I suspected you were scum before you both claimed the same nametag. Now that I know I was wrong about xorxes, I think there is a good chance I was wrong about Ezio as well. It looks like xorxes was trying to protect Ezio D1 and Ezio was trying to protect xorxes D3 and D4.

I have played with Teacon before. I don't know the last game they played. They were another reedeer lurker type iirc

@Foxcastle: I think it is more likely bo_sox is scum. bo_sox voted for xorxes D1 when xorxes was not at risk, but on D3, bo_sox voted to protect xorxes. Also, bo_sox tried to steer the lynch away from brainbomb immediately after yavuzovic's cop scan claim.

It would have been a good fake claim name though. I'll give you that. Is it useful to come up with a list of possible under-the-radar fake claim names that Bo might use if he's scum? BO_SOX is still out there so if Bo peeks and isn't revealed as BO_SOX, we know that at least one person is lying and hasn't peeked.

@rdrivera: As to why the third scum did not jump on your wagon, it could be because the last scum did not want to give himself away by voting with xorxes and Ezio, or it could be because bo_sox is scum, and he was kidnapped because the scum knew they would not be able to all vote together without looking suspicious. thamrick did jump on you wagon for a while near EOD, so thamrick being scum is another possibility.

I also do not rule out that it is because you are the last scum and xorxes was bussing you.

Which is why Ezio is scum, not Rdrivera. There's no way that Brainbomb, Xorxes, and either Rdrivera or Ezio hashed out a list where they thought PETERLUND was a safe name for scum to use. That's pretty obviously a top 20 WebDip Mafia honorarium. So I think Rdrivera's claim on it is legit. However, I can see Brainbomb, Xorxes, and Ezio coming up with a plan to CC a slightly scummy looking townie, and then Ezio just not considering that CC'ing PETERLUND is a terrible idea.

I've only legitimately been mafia once. Never on WebDip. I've played 2 games on MafiaUniverse. A small 13 player game with just a cop (I was VT). And an 80 player Harry Potter role madness mash. I was Voldemort (the OP scum role) and was WAYYYY over my head. I ended up subbing out because I couldn't keep up with the insane amount of posting (it was basically like a page every 10 minutes or so) and just couldn't get involved.

I was a third party role in M20 but was a lone wolf in that and basically played it like I was a town PR. That's also the only time I've ever been "mislynched" I believe.

I've been mafia in f2f games but that's a totally different.
