I got behind around page 20, and still haven't fully caught up. I get really uncomfortable posting before I catch up in case I have died ( from a day gun or something) and I just don't know if yet.

I agree with $$ NO SHOOT we really need to know the alignment of whoever dies. As far as staying on Ezio, that means nothing, I wasn't here for the finale of Day one. My answer to what bozo meant was also me being a little mad when people scumread for low-posting, because I am one due to deal life busy stuff. I also hoped to discredit that list since it

B didn't have any evidence
C was positive activity that I felt safe in doing.

I do realize I look alien, but I think the day 3 plan for catching alien is great, and I will comply.

The alien has the same information as town, so it's easy for them to blend in as another townie. What do you think makes you look alien?

Simply because I tend to never lost a lot, which is great alien strategy this game. Before I just kicked it up, people had legitimately forgotten about me. If I was the alien, I'd have been nailing this game so far. But I'm not the alien, and I'm fine trying to break my shell, post a bit more, and I can't wait for our day three plan.

Anyways, that's water under the bridge. I think you would have shot someone else if you were mafia, and in any case you probably wouldn't have claimed the gun, so I think you're likely town (and a very marginal chance you're alien).

RagingIke claimed a gun D1 as scum in M41 for the purpose of getting town read, and it worked well. It might have won the game for the mafia if his replacement had not been killed by the serial killer. Also, if dargorygel was town, he was a good choice for the shot because he could be justified as a top scum read.

Bozo think this through. If I actually had the gun and was mafia, why would I ever claim? I'd just have turned Xorxes or Vecna into a pile of ashes first thing d1. I wouldn't tell anyone I had the gun and nobody would know it was me.
The only situation where I don't do that as scum is if I'm scum with both of them.

You're only thinking about it after I claimed, rather than thinking about the logic behind claiming in the first place. You're better than this.

Whenever people say this I have this follow up.

"what will you learn if they flip scum and what will you learn if they flip town". If you have good answers to those questions your desire for more information matters. If you don't have good answers, your push is absolute shit.

If mafia have that item and they find a PR they have close to an autowin if they steal the gun. I think it's absolutely correct to minimize the chances of that happening.

Yes, shooting without letting him claim first is bad. Also if he was going to shoot, waiting to do it at night which risked the gun being stolen instead of shooting during the day was bad. Claiming the gun was bad. The whole thing was terrible, but I don't see how he can expect to get towncred for any of that, so what's the scum motivation?

And what's the town motivation to play this way? Claim Alien, retract with less then 30 minutes giving almost no time for a decent EOD. Shooting at night without warning. I think Ezio is actively derailing the game for town and this indicates he isn't town. Simple. Scum is a team, they don't need to survive together, they need to have one alive at the end and Ezio already proved himself to be great on sacrificing himself to help the team.

I'd argue we only had a decent EoD D1 BECAUSE Ezio retracted.

Just because something is possible it doesn't make it likely. Of course we can't clear Ezio for claimimg the gun and shooting dargo, but I don't think he is the best lynch today.

I don't scumread any of the Ezio voters at the moment. Jamiet's vote is consistent with his obsession from yesterday, rivera's vote seems to have some thought behind it. Vecna and bozo look the most opportunistic.

I didn't really want to take the chance Darg was the assassin. I also didn't want to let mafia plan around Darg being dead for EoD so I shot as close to EoD as I was comfortable with, ensuring the GM's would get it all in.

You're absolutely correct I am willing to sacrifice myself and derail the game. For me to derail something, that means it must have been on the right track beforehand as you know full well I'm also willing to sit my ass back and let town run around fucking things up. What was I scared of (If I'm scum) d1 that I needed do this alien play?
