I started to become scum read when I made that slip which literally was just a mistake but no one but a few people were willing to look at the facts no one was willing to look at it deeper, which proved my innocence. Sad :I also 100% agree we are hanging Ezio tomorrow, no. matter. what.

You say these things, but your 'defense' was incredibly poor and once you said your role out loud lynching you was 100% the right move to make.

My questions about strategies for town roles is meant to be answered by people. I don’t understand how to play them. I don’t understand why the omniscient isn’t dumping knowledge. I don’t understand a lot of things, and I want to scum read your answers (or town read)

Well for one thing, there might not be an Omniscient. You realise not all the listed roles are in play, right?

We have a townclear and a dead doc and a nullified hammerer. I expect D2 we will be discussing whether we should lynch Ezio or not.

Maybe there is no omniscient. And if there is, the time to dump their knowledge is not at night when it will help scum discuss how to deal with it. If they want to claim they would do it at EON.

Just to add a bit, scum (and 3P) also don't know what roles are in play, giving him this info isn't good for town, specially at night. I don't think it's good even during the day, if I were omniscient I would wait for someone (scum or 3p) to claim a role that I know were not in play, so I catch one in the process of claiming. It also make fake claiming as town a really, really, stupid option.

There is a significant advantage to town for the omniscient to reveal the roles in play, because with the roles revealed, the fake roles provided to the mafia become useless to them.

The vig I get...they become town clear and VT, but the JOAT still has powers to use.

I did not advocate for a mass claim after it was determined that town can't win after the assassin meets his win condition. Having one player, who is the lead wagon, claim half way through the day is very different.
