1.) How does that protect you from a CC battle if you knew that it doesn't get revealed.
2.) Given that you stated you were saving Ghug pre-flip. Why would the scum still try and kill him.

To me Occam's razor would suggest the most likely reason was you were setting up for a fake claim.

And if I do not open my mouth there, scum is free to try and claim doctor during the next day if theyre about to be lynched (which is likely what happened with Fox now). It was close enough to the end of the game for it to be worthwhile for people to just know it was me that did the saving.

There is absolutely no point in him using it today. It just makes shit easier for scum. Were not lynching him today, so he can always use it tomorrow if hes still alive then. If not, that shit has already sorted itself, meaning I also have a higher chance to save one of the usefull people today.

The only way damian's extra vote could prevent a mislynch from ending the game is if we lynch 2 scum and then mislynch, so that it is 1 vs. 1 on D7 and damian is the one town. The chance of that is approximately zero.
