There is something weird in this Tham/Xorxes interaction, just can't say exactly what.

To be fair I've been trying to be a hero many times before, but my type of hero is usually more of the "martyr" type.

I absolutely had the gun bois. I shot darg because I thought he was scummy and I figured the wifom with the item thief/driver could only last so long.

I suspect that I was driven last night as otherwise mafia would have simply stolen it, but MAYYBBEEE mafia assumed I would never claim the gun in a game with the item thief. I'm assuming not, so premptive WP driver!

After playing scum with him last game, he seemed frustrated for getting caught, because he cut corners on his reads due to a lack of time which got him caught by Ezio.
I'm thinking if he rolled scum this game, he is more likely to just drop his effort level so that he doesn't get caught the same way. As town, I can't think of a reason for Neph to change in this way other than real life time constraints, which he hasn't mentioned.

Squigs, I'm a big fan of Occam's Razor, and if I'm steering this ship I wouldn't expect him to drop his effort level as scum but raise it. That seems to be the simplest way to correct that issue from his perspective. Given his post literally just before you referred me to the above one, I imagine he’s planning to step it up. Perhaps he realized he needed to, or perhaps he’s simply taking the right response to boredom - play harder. I don’t know which it is.

I did get a maybe-scum vibe from him as I reread the latter stages of D1, but he didn’t really do anything that stuck out to me. If you have more, post it.

This kind of reads list rubs me the wrong way. There is literally no content to actually question Jamie on. There’s three in each category and it leaves the door wide open for him to just sort of ignore a bunch of scumreads without getting hammered for it. Why post this? It’s a waste but it's meant to look like something that actually required thought.
