It is valuable, and we appreciate your work in having kept it updated previously, but we are actually in the process of this exact migration right now. We’ve updated the rules and standard OP and are working on a repository for everything that we can keep updated.

To allow people to have time to contribute during day phases without being overly pressured into participation.

Eh... I disagree that it should be standard because the fact that there will be some timezones that will participate in the game and never talk with some active players unless they're on a weird time schedule.

If anything, I think the the opposite: D1 should be 24 and the rest 48 lol

I ran a 24 hour day 1, 48 hour days after that.

We also have run a 32/16 schedule before

I'll never run a 32/16 simply because it forces weird times for me as a GM.

imo, I have been noticing that the '48 hours to ensure participation' is not effective. When someone, even for real life situations falls below 'average' the hyenas descend.

I am in favor of more 24 hour day phase games.

That would be fun, make sure to eventually start whittling the people pool(every 12 hours lowest person is eliminated until two are left), so like a rolling one!
