The list is too long, but glossing over the Spanish language history of Argentina wiki (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historia_de_la_Argentina)
The most appealing person of interest to me is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domingo_Faustino_Sarmiento

If pronounced in some varieties of Argentine Spanish, Yrigoyen almost rhymes with Prigozhin.
